Supply Unchained opposes forced labour, human trafficking, child labour and exploitation. Our work is designed to help organisations identify severe human rights risks and turn due diligence into practical action.
Modern slavery risk is treated as a board-level and management accountability issue. We assign ownership for policies, supplier decisions, escalation routes and continuous review as the business grows.
We consider sector, geography, workforce type, sourcing model and evidence quality when assessing supplier and service-provider risk. Higher-risk relationships receive more detailed review and follow-up.
Our controls focus on supplier screening, evidence collection, contractual expectations, risk-based review and documented decision-making. The aim is to support clear, proportionate and defensible supplier action.
We promote awareness of modern slavery indicators, worker vulnerability, recruitment risks and escalation routes for teams involved in supplier, procurement and advisory work.
Where concerns are identified, we prioritise prompt escalation, investigation, worker-centred remediation and clear records of actions taken. We do not rely on termination alone where it could increase harm.
We review policies, supplier expectations and risk controls as our services, platform and operating footprint develop.
