Supply Unchained delivered a spotlight session on reshaping human rights due diligence at scale. The session highlighted the need to move from passive compliance to collective responsibility, especially as traditional methods such as spreadsheets and one-day audits fail to capture real risk in complex supply chains.
The forum also considered Asia's accelerating digital transformation and the need to translate global human rights standards into practical approaches for technology companies, suppliers, SMEs, engineering teams and product teams. Participants emphasised that coherent standards, shared tools and peer learning are essential for effective due diligence across the region.
